What is the Foreign income conversion calculator?

• the annual average rate of exchange for a range of countries, or
• the conversion rate you provide.

Please note that if you are not an Australian resident for tax purposes, you are not required to include non-Australian sourced income in your Australian tax return.

What this calculator does not cover

You should not use this calculator if:

• you are an early balancer operating on a substituted accounting period
• you receive foreign income from business activities, or
• you are a bank or similar financial institution.
